What are Oobyte Tokens?

Oobyte Tokens are the in-app earning unit credited when you complete certain Actions in the Service.

They are in-app units only. They have no cash, monetary, or stored-value status until they are validly converted into Cash Balance and successfully withdrawn. They remain our property until that happens.

How do Oobyte Tokens become money?

You convert Oobyte Tokens into Cash Balance at the conversion rate displayed in the Service at the time of conversion.

Cash Balance reflects euro amounts that become eligible for withdrawal once all conditions are satisfied, including identity verification and our anti-fraud checks. We do not pay interest on any balance.

What are the withdrawal minimums?

Your first withdrawal has no minimum and is set at €1 for the sole purpose of verifying that the payout flow works for you.

Each subsequent withdrawal is subject to a minimum of €35. We may amend these minimums for future withdrawals and will publish the current minimums in the Service.

Do I need to verify my identity before withdrawing?

Yes. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to verify your identity (KYC). This can include a valid government-issued photo ID and a selfie or liveness check, confirming your mobile number or address, and verifying ownership of the payout destination.

Failure or refusal to complete verification within a reasonable period is grounds for refusing the withdrawal.

Can rewards be held or reversed?

Yes. We may hold credited Rewards in a pending state for up to 180 days to allow for validation, chargeback windows, partner audits, and fraud review. Pending Rewards are not eligible for withdrawal.

Where a partner retracts a validation, or where Rewards were credited in error or through abuse, we may reverse, reduce, or cancel the corresponding Rewards.

How old do I need to be?

You must be at least 16 years old to register a free account.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to a paid plan, complete monetised Actions, or withdraw funds.

How many accounts can I have?

You may hold only one account per person. Only one account is permitted per household and per device.

Are earnings guaranteed?

No. We do not warrant that any particular Action, level of earnings, conversion rate, or withdrawal speed will be available, and we make no representation about potential earnings on the Service.
